Cash4Kids: Cycle-sportive 61 miles over the iconic Humber Bridge, June 2014

AMCUK Rescue: Cycling Stage 1 of 2014 Grande Departe of The Tour de France in one day 131 miles. No support vehicle, just 1 friend cycling and assisting for malamute rescue dogs, May 2014.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice: Lincsquad 100 km cyclo sportive April 2014

St. Luke's School & Martin House: Cycling the Coast to Coast solo cycling with minimal support in 2 days. 126 miles for my friend who lost her young son to cerebral palsy, September 2013.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice: Put a team together for 'It's a Knock out' for , playing silly games in foam and jumping on inflatables, 2011

M.S Society: Solo bungee jumping off the Middlesbrough transporter bridge, 160 ft,  in 2010

Lindsey Lodge Hospice: (National) 3 Peak, 24 hour Challenge completed in 2010 in under 22 hours.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice: Tea at 3 providing cakes and drinks for elderly local residents to get together for an afternoon of home made cakes and biscuits, 2008

North Lincolnshire Voluntary car service: (National) 3 Peak, 24 hour Challenge completed in 2002. This service had a disabled friendly minibus and would take my late father to all his appointments and for days out providing a better quality of life for him.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice: Funday held at Royal Mail Barton Upon Humber Delivery office. This included bouncey castle, car boot stalls, cakes, face painting and sponsored leg wax/chest wax.
